TLM Range of Flowrappers
Mantle Packaging Machinery Ltd is a distributor of the extensive range of Flowrapping machinery produced by TLM of Italy. Flowrapping machines are used to wrap food, pharmaceutical and industrial items.
The 'Easy' range of Flowrappers has been designed to offer high performance, versatility and ease of operation. The Flowrappers feature digital temperature control of the sealing jaws, mechanical adjustment of jaw speeds and bag lengths, adjustable or fixed forming boxes, safety guarding and control panel with graphical interface.
Options available on the Flowrappers include left hand feed, print registration, pneumatic roller closing and product absence sensor.
General Applications
The 'Easy' range of Flowrappers are commonly found in bakeries and are used for wrapping pies, cakes, bread, biscuits and sandwiches. They are ideal for use by growers for packing fruit and vegetables and also for industries producing hardware and pharmaceutical packs requiring high speed packing in a pillowpack form.
