1. Warranty Coverage

Mantle Packaging Machinery Ltd (“the Manufacturer”) provides a parts-only warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser of the machine. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the machinery’s components.

2. Warranty Claims

In the event of a warranty claim, the customer must notify the Manufacturer in writing either via the online contact form below or via email to orders@mantlepackaging.co.uk.

3. Manufacturer’s Obligation

Upon receipt of a valid warranty claim, the Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective part. The Manufacturer reserves the right to utilise new, refurbished, or equivalent parts for the repair or replacement.

4. Exclusions

This parts-only warranty does not extend to:

• Normal wear and tear of the machinery or its parts during regular usage.
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs.
• Damage resulting from the use of non-approved consumables or spare parts.
• Failures arising from force majeure events or natural disasters.

5. Shipping and Transportation

If requested, the customer is responsible for shipping the defective part to the Manufacturer’s designated address, at their own expense, within 28 days of the warranty claim. The Manufacturer will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement part back to the original purchaser of the machine.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Manufacturer’s liability under this parts-only warranty is restricted to the repair or replacement of the defective part. The Manufacturer shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or malfunction of the machinery.

7. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the machinery.

8. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Modifications and Amendments

The Manufacturer reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of this warranty at any time, with reasonable notice to customers.

By accepting delivery of the machinery, the customer agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions of this parts-only warranty as outlined above.
