The new model ‘Rapida Plus’ is a table top pneumatic tray sealing machine, offering profile cut to the tray size and the facility to change the tray sizes if required. Features include digital temperature control, adjustable sealing time and magnetic film clamping*.
The Rapida Plus Tray Sealing Machine features an automatic sealing cycle so when the tray is pushed into the back stop there are no buttons to press manually. The Rapida Plus will seal all the usual lidding films and accepts trays up to a maximum of 150mm deep.
* This allows the lidding film to be automatically dispensed over the tray to be sealed as the tray is loaded into the machine.

Rapida Plus tray sealing machine installations are found in supermarkets, butchers and grocers shops producing ready meals, sandwiches, fresh and cooked meats, fish, vegetables and cheese.
