Meet the LS30, our mid-sized superstar in the L Sealer family! Equipped with an impulse sealing cycle controlled by an electronic timer, it delivers clean, precise seals without the hassle of pricey Teflon covers over the sealing wires. An impulse sealing cycle is like a quick heat zap that seals the film together. Instead of staying hot all the time, the sealing wire only heats up for a short moment when needed, kind of like pressing a button on a toaster. When you pull the sealing head down, a brief burst of heat through the sealing wires, melts the film just enough to create a clean, strong seal, and then it cools down almost instantly. It is cost saving, energy-efficient and fast way to ensure clean seals every time.
Each machine comes with an extra Spares Kit (including 2 sponges, 2 covers, and 2 wires) plus a 15-meter roll of Top Protection Strip to keep things running smoothly.
Our centre-folded polypropylene film comes in various sizes to fit your bakery’s needs. Use plain film for room-temperature treats and perforated film for warm delights to keep condensation at bay.

Operating Instructions
The product to be wrapped is loaded into the centre folded film through the dividing plate, then the bakery product and film are moved to the left and into the sealing area of the ‘L’ sealer. The sealing head is then lowered to initiate the two sealing wires to cut the film around the product. Because the trailing seal from the last cycle has made the leading seal for the next pack and the film is already folded on the roll to give two open front edges, when you complete the seal you enclose the product in a complete bag.
