PC2000 Pizza Capper Shrink System

Description

Mantle Packaging Machinery Ltd produces an extensive range of food packaging machines including the PC2000 pizza capper, perfect for wrapping fresh pizzas onto cardboard discs.  This simple to use pizza capper has been designed to allow for complete cleaning after use. The all stainless steel machine has two quick release catches that allows the entire top section to be quickly removed and washed after use.

The PC2000 pizza capper has a 2kw Incoloy heater with an adjustable control that works with all available pizza capping shrink films.

A Pizza Capper Kit is available as an optional extra. This includes a two tier stainless steel film dispenser, which accepts all widths of pizza capper shrink film, together with a stainless steel fork to remove the hot shrink wrapped pizza from the PC2000 pizza capper when ready.

Operating Instructions

To operate the machine the pizza is placed onto a cardboard disc, covered with the correct size of pizza film and the heat from the machine shrinks the film tight to the pizza and disc.

The PC2000 Pizza Capper can be found in most major supermarkets, farm shops, butchers and delis producing their own in-house fresh pizzas.
