The Pizza Wrap Pro from Mantle Packaging Machinery Ltd is a professional pizza wrapping machine designed specifically for fresh pizza production — with hygiene and easy cleaning at its core.
Formerly known as the PC2000 pizza capper, this trusted machine has been refined under its new name while keeping the same reliable performance UK food producers depend on.
What sets the Pizza Wrap Pro apart?
Its removable stainless steel fabrication parts are designed to be quickly released and cleaned thoroughly — even in a dishwasher.
Our unique inner sleeve insulates the heat from the element so that the operator does not need to wear heat proof gloves whilst using the machine, improving hygiene and potentially preventing cross
The removable crumb tray prevents food particles from falling into the bottom of the machine, making cleaning quicker and easier while also providing additional insulation to help protect the electrical components within the control box.

Multiple stainless steel fabrication components can be removed simply by releasing the side toggles. The top section lifts away quickly, allowing:

How the Pizza Wrap Pro Works
- Place the fresh pizza onto a cardboard disc.
- Cover with the correct size of shrink film.
- The 2kw Incoloy heating element shrinks the film tightly around the pizza and disc.
- Once wrapped, use the fork supplied to lift the pizza off the machine.
